Excellent service from ordering to delivery , including advice on the best wood to order and the quantity to order. The delivery driver was very helpful.

Geat service & prompt delivery with a smile. Delivery driver, very helpful & kind (carried my 3 20 kilo bags of coal, through to my back door) which I would have had to to drag all the way through my house, unable to lift, so 5 stars for the driver very much appreciated.

Lovely people, excellent service.

Always an excellent service from order to delivery.

Great service and good quality logs :) It was a rainy day when my last delivery came and as it had to be left outside the driver took the trouble to leave a plastic sheet he had covering the logs. I was able to store nice dry logs the next day.

Really lovely company. Adapted to all of my delivery changes really quickly. Excellent quality product too.

Very happy with my log delivery, this is the second year I have used them. Great communication, and the logs fit well in my log burner.

Excellent price and prompt delivery service. Shed now full of oak logs ready for winter!

Proper fuel, proper service, proper job!!!

Excellent quality alder logs with prompt delivery. Also the restaurant grade barbeque charcoal is very good.

A fantastic service. Logs and coal ordered but not required for a month. No monies were taken until the day before delivery, and a delivery time was given at this call too, which was done with care of the property and exactly, not easy, where I requested the 2 sq meters of loose logs to be unloaded. 3 bags of coal were also carried to the log shed. A very nice delivery gentleman. Thank you all.

Online ordering simple and quick. Good selection of fuel. Confirmation of when delivery would be and follow up with phone calls. Requested help in putting order where it needed to be stored as elderly with health issues. Driver arrived promptly and on time. Carried everything into the house and where it was to be stored. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Very kind, considerate, polite and helpful. Very happy with the whole process. Highly recommended.
